34 AMU students selected in campus selection



ALIGARH December 1: The Chegg India Pvt Ltd, a US based multi-national company, has selected 34 students of the Aligarh Muslim University, pursuing various courses including M Tech, B Tech, BE, M Com, B Com, MA and PhD, as Managed Network Expert through a mega recruitment drive held in coordination with the Training and Placement Office (General). More than 600 students had been registered for the drive. The selected students will receive a monthly package ranging from Rs 20,000 to 80,000, according to the job profile.

The selection process was conducted by the Chegg India Pvt Ltd team comprising Mr Imran Khan, Director, Expert Management, AMU alumnus Mr Hassan Mahmudal, Director, Marketing Operations, Ms Sabyasachi Dutta, Manager, Expert Acquisition, Ms Rajshree Sharma, Team Leader, Expert Hiring and Ms Rohi Bashir, Expert, Recruitment Associate. The selection process included recruitment examination followed by subject tests held at the Kennedy Hall.

Congratulating the students on their selection, Mr Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer (General) and Assistant TPO (General), Dr Jahangir Alam, Women’s polytechnic, urged them to perform their duties with great zeal and dedication as they will also be carrying the name of this great institution with them.

Assistant Training and Placement Officer (General), Dr Muzamil Mushtaq, Department of Library and Information Science conducted the selection drive.
